Terms of Use (Sample) These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the apartment and vacation rental listing and reservation services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). Article 1 (Application) These Terms apply to all users of the Services. Users shall use the Services after agreeing to these Terms. Article 2 (Service Content) The Services provide property listings, inquiry reception, support related to contracts, and other related services. While we endeavor to keep the listed information up to date, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Article 3 (User Registration) Users shall register with accurate and up-to-date information. If false information is found, the Company may suspend use of the Services. Article 4 (Prohibited Acts) Users must not engage in any of the following acts: - Entering false information - Using the Services for unlawful purposes - Infringing the rights of third parties - Interfering with the operation of the Services Article 5 (Contracts) The rental agreement for a property shall be concluded between the user and the property provider. The Company shall not be a party to such agreement and shall not be responsible for the terms of the contract. Article 6 (Disclaimer) The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of the Services, except where such disclaimer is not permitted by law. Article 7 (Changes or Suspension of Services) The Company may change the content of the Services or suspend their provision without prior notice.
